What is healthaide pro?

HealthAide PRO is an e-mail content and delivery system for GP and allied health clinics that are interested in engaging their patients outside of the office to optimise revenue, improve loyalty and promote healthy behaviours. You will get:

• 12 newsletters that are customised to your clinics brand. 
• A low cost bulk email delivery system that allows you to send your own content
• Access to a library of health content (email newsletters and infographics) that is free to download and customise.

How Much Does It Cost?

• Prices for our monthly e-mail newsletters services start from just $55 per month.
• To send:
  • Up to 5000 emails per month costs $55.00(excl. GST) per month
  • Up to 10 000 emails per month costs $70.00(excl. GST) per month
  • Up to 20 000 emails per month costs $85.00(excl. GST) per month
• Local business advertising/sponsorship revenue sharing arrangements available upon request. 

How Does It Work?

When you sign up to a HealthAide PRO subscription plan, you will be provided with a dedicated customer service manager to assist you with your email campaign goals and confirm timelines.  You will then receive monthly themed health newsletters which can be automatically delivered to your patient's email inbox. 

What Do I Have To Do?

You will have to obtain consent from your patients to use their e-mails for newsletter purposes. Patient consented email addresses on a CSV or spreadsheet format can be manually 'drag and dropped' into our email delivery system for monthly email campaign implementation. Alternatively, we can do this for you free of charge as long as you provide us with the patient consented email list. It is your responsibility to follow email best practice guidelines which we will provide to you to avoid suspension. Click here to learn more about the Spam Act 2003

HOw Do I Cancel?

Simply email your dedicated customer success manager a minimum of 30 days before you wish to cancel the subscription and we will happily cancel it without any hesitations.
