The health issues that can affect a woman are varied. Depending on what age you are, defines what kind of problems you may experience: from period pain, sexual health, and pregnancy-related issues to menopause. As with all things, the more we know about the problem, the more likely we are able to deal with it.

Ladies, Check Your Breasts
This is really important. Get to know your breasts! If you know what your breasts normally feel like, you can work out easily if something has changed. If something has changed, you can get yourself checked out quickly by your doctor. This is how you can identify breast cancer early. Apps similar to The Daisy Wheel, can teach you the technique to do a breast examination and also remind you when it is time to check yourself.
Make That Pelvic Floor Strong
Your pelvic floor is one of those muscles that we often forget about. By paying attention to it, you can prevent problems with bladder control, aid your recovery from childbirth and improve your sex life, by giving you stronger orgasms. Get Your Pap Done
We will ask you to take a moment to ask yourself, have you booked in for your PAP smear? We cannot express how important it is, for you to have your regular check-up. Cervical cancer is preventable. It doesn't need to be the killer that it is. If you are due a check-up, please book in to see us. We know it is not the most pleasant experience, but we will try our best, to make it as comfortable for you, as possible.

Remember, You Are Amazing
The demands that are placed on women today can be overwhelming. Remember, however, that we cannot do everything. There are times when life can get on top of us and we may need some extra help. Just like every elite athlete has a team supporting her, you need your team. We aim to provide that service, if you feel you need it, so let us know if you would like some support.
