MUSE 2

General Information
​Muse 2 is a multi-sensor meditation device that provides real-time feedback on your brain activity, heart rate, breathing, and body movements to help you build a consistent meditation practice.

Health Claims/Benefits
  • It is an EEG device  - a machine widely used by neuroscience researchers around the world. It uses advanced signal processing to interpret your mental activity to help guide your meditation. 
  • Muse 2 connects to your mobile device via Bluetooth.
  • Once connected, simply place Muse on your head, start the Muse Meditation app, put on your headphones, and close your eyes. 
  • When your mind is calm and settled, you hear peaceful weather.
  • Busy mind? As your focus drifts, you’ll hear stormy weather that cues you to bring your attention back to your breath.
  • Muse 2 also provides real-time feedback on your  heart rate, breathing, and body movements to help you build a consistent meditation practice.

How To Use
  • Place the headband on your head.
  • Insert your earphones
  • Brain signals are translated into the sounds of weather.
  • When your mind is calm and settled, you’ll hear calm and peaceful weather.
  • When your mind is active, the weather will get louder. You can choose from soundscapes like the beach, rainforest or city park.
  • This enables a more focussed meditation session.
